Alice Segal, former Immigration Judge and former Board of Immigration Appeals attorney-advisor, will participate in the first session of “Off the Record,” a series of small-group discussions with former Immigration Judges.
The discussion will focus on:
Defending Against Motions to Pretermit Asylum
The session is designed as an interactive discussion for immigration practitioners, with an opportunity for participants to raise specific questions.
Attendance
Capacity for in-person attendance is limited to 20 participants. Others may observe the discussion via Zoom.
